SEASON 3 John in front

JOAN Collins is declaring victory over her Dynasty co-stars in their long-running feud after her character was given centre stage on a new box set cover.

The 87-year-old actress played scheming Alexis Carrington Colby in the 1980s US show, but claimed late actor John Forsythe – on-screen ex and oil tycoon Blake Carrington – would insist his image took prominence over his female co-stars.

Now Joan takes the prominent position on a DVD for the complete series, which she posted on Instagram, saying Alexis is “finally where she belongs: front and centre”.

Linda Evans (Krystle Carrington) also appears. Joan had previously said John “had to have more lines than anybody” while Linda “felt that I didn’t like her, and she didn’t like me.” In 2019, Joan said: “There wasn’t a lot of love lost between us.”

Fire crews were called to the inferno at 5am and discovered three bodies inside the house.

Three other children aged nine, seven and four were rescued from the blaze and taken to hospital.

Devon and Cornwall Police confirmed that a woman aged 28 and a 29-year-old man died in the fire alongside the young girl.
