FULL HOUSE BY THE SUMMER

- BY PAUL BROWN

THE sporting summer in England could be played out in front of capacity crowds after the Government set out its road map to recovery yesterday.

The fourth and final step aims to lift all restrictions on sports and entertainment events from June 21 at the earliest, using “enhanced testing” which will be trialled at matches from April. Venues will be able to welcome spectators back on a limited basis at step three of the plan, no earlier than May 17.

At that point, larger outdoor seated venues can let in up to 10,000 people. For smaller outdoor venues this would be capped at 4,000 people.

PABLO MARI claims Mikel Arteta is up there with Pep Guardiola as one of the best coaches in the world.

“We have to learn, we have to improve, we have to be ready from the beginning of the game and we weren’t.”

DIEGO SIMEONE admits Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea are a very different outfit to the one Atletico Madrid pulled out of the hat on December 14.

The Blues had cruised into the knockout phases under Frank Lampard. Yet, six weeks later, the Chelsea legend lost his job and Simeone (right) has had to reassess the threat Tuchel’s outfit will be to his La Liga table-toppers.

“Chelsea have changed a lot under Tuchel,” he said. “They are a powerful team with great players.”

THOMAS TUCHEL is looking for a reaction from Callum Hudsonodoi – but admitted the inquest he subjected the star to after the Southampton match may have been a mistake.

The England winger was hauled off just 31 minutes after coming on as a half-time substitute at St Mary’s on Saturday. And he was further singled out by Tuchel when his
