THIS puppy made a right dog’s dinner out of things when she swallowed a 20cm-long steak knife.
Six-month-old Staffordshire bull terrier Lexie was taken to the vet with an upset tummy, and X-rays found this blade. Medics spent 45 minutes inching the knife through her body, before pulling it through her mouth.
Dr Jody Braddock of the Animal Referral Hospital, Sydney, said: “I’ve never seen anything like it.”
