HARTLESS SAM COULD AXE JOE

ENGLAND boss Sam Allardyce fears Joe Hart could be exposed at international level by not playing regularly – just as he was exposed at international level by playing regularly.

Hart (above) has pulled off some astonishing achievements – notably curing his dandruff despite having his head stuck up his backside – but at Manchester City he has been treated as persona non grata.

He has reacted the way any established England international would react – he has asked what persona non grata means. Like I’d know. City boss Pep Guardiola has been criticised for preferring Willy Caballero to Hart but, in defence of the Spaniard, he’s not the first man to be more persuaded by Willy than Hart. England star Hart is spending more time on the bench than Judge Judy and Allardyce has a selection headache ahead of the World Cup opener against Slovakia – whether or not to play rush keeper.

Hart is often described as a good shot-stopper. Does that imply there are keepers who are not good at stopping shots – and why do Liverpool keep signing them?
