Crooks is a turn-off

IN the interests of sport, ITV will turn their screens dark for an hour on Saturday morning and urge their viewers to get off the couch, go for a run and make the nation fitter.

I wonder if there’s any chance the BBC can follow suit later in the day, blanking the screen when Garth Crooks is about to appear on Final Score. It would certainly be in the interests of sport. And make the nation, if not fitter, then certainly saner.
