They’re tasty, healthy and Instagram would be bare without them (apart from photos of Kim Kardashian) (bare), but we all have to lay off avocados. Huge global demand is leading Mexican farmers to destroy forests so they have more room for avocado trees. It’s back to Coco Pops at breakfast for me.
