TRANSFORMING THE NATION

-

Did you know you’re helping to transform the UK?

By playing The National Lottery you’ve supported more than 500,000 amazing projects across the UK with a staggering £36billion. It works out at £30million raised each week and has seen an average of 160 projects funded in every postcode. And now we want your help to decide who is supported next!

What is The People’s Projects?

The People’s Projects is a partnership between the Big Lottery Fund, ITV and The National Lottery that lets you help decide how National Lottery funding is spent in your area. Previously known as The People’s Millions, the initiative has awarded around £36million to 770 Good Causes across the UK since 2005.

How can I find out about the shortlisted projects?

Watch the ITV News* at 6pm – every night this week it will feature a finalist in your area. You can also find out more at thepeoplesprojects.org.uk

How much money can they win?

A total of £3million National Lottery funding will be shared out across the UK, with winners receiving up to £50,000. There are also discretionary awards of up to £5,000 for runners-up.

How do I vote for my favourite project?

You can vote for one project in each region. See thepeoples projects.org.uk – voting closes at noon on April 3.

*STV will show a special The People’s Projects programme on Saturday, March 25 in the afternoon.
