PUNTERS CALL FOR ORDER

-

ORDEROFTHEGARTER was slashed to 16-1 (from 50-1) for the Investec Derby at Epsom in June after recording an impressive return-toaction success at Naas yesterday.

The son of Galileo, second at Leopardstown in two starts as a two-year-old, made most of the running under trainer Aidan O’Brien’s (above) daughter Ana to win the one-mile Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden by 11 lengths. “He was very impressive — he travelled well and quickened up when I asked him,” said the winning jockey. “He has a few gears, and he will definitely get further.” O’Brien’s Irish and Yorkshire Oaks heroine Seventh Heaven will be aimed at the Coronation Cup at Epsom after her fine second to Jack Hobbs in the Dubai Sheema Classic at Meydan on Saturday.
