ADELE’S rich talents are rewarded with vast wealth as the extraordinary young talent rockets up the music pay list.

Rumour Has It she may eventually say Hello to the top slot of those talented musicians who are, erm, Rolling In it.

ADELE is the richest musician under 30 in the British Isles, according to the latest edition of The Sunday Times Rich List.

The Rolling In The Deep singer’s global success earned her £40million last year, rocketing her wealth to £125million – an increase of almost 50% in the past year alone.

Now experts reckon the star from Tottenham, North London is on target to become Britain’s all-time highestearning musician.

Adele – who turns 29 tomorrow – is joint 19th on the Music Millionaires list, alongside Queen’s Brian May.

Robert Watts, compiler of The Sunday Times Rich List, said: “What a year for Adele!

“Such strong record sales and a busy touring schedule propel her into our main list for the first time. If Adele’s career lasts as long as many of the other entries in our list, she has the potential to be the highest-earning British musician of all time.”

Adele is the only solo female artist on the list, which is topped by Sir Paul McCartney and his wife Nancy Shevell, 57, who are worth a combined £780million.

Former Beatle Sir Paul, 74, continues to increase his wealth with live appearances.

He earned an estimated £8million from the Desert Trip festival in California in October.

Sir Paul is joined on the list by ex-bandmate Ringo Starr, 76, and Olivia and Dhani Harrison, the widow and son of Beatles guitarist George Harrison. But the Harrisons’ wealth reportedly declined by £10million, after Dhani, 38, was divorced from Icelandic former model Solveig Karadottir. Second in the list is Lord Andrew Lloyd-Webber whose fortune rose by £25million in 2017 to £740million with his continued involvement in musical theatre. The Rolling Stones’ Sir Mick Jagger, 73, Keith Richards, 73, and Charlie Watts, 75, feature in the top 20 after increasing their collective wealth by £50million. Irish rock band U2, who are in third place, saw their wealth grow by £48million to £548million. There are also appearances on the list from Sir Elton John, Robbie Williams and Sir Rod Stewart. The Music Millionaires list is released ahead of the 29th annual Sunday Times Rich List, which will be published this weekend.
