Amir: It’s totally against Islam
MUSLIM boxer Amir Khan accused terrorists of perverting his religion after the Manchester bombing.
He said on ITV’s Good Morning Britain: “This is totally against our religion. If these people say they’re doing it because of Islam, I do not believe that. They’re twisting Islam.”
The Bolton-born champion, 30, said he fears fellow Muslims, including his daughter Lamaisah, two, will be targeted by racists because of the actions of terrorists.
