-

DEFIANT Singer Ariana Grande ARIANA Grande has promised to return to Manchester to play a benefit concert in aid of the terror victims, declaring: “We won’t let hate win.”

The US star, whose concert had just finished when the bomber struck, added: “My heart, prayers and deepest condolences are with the victims and their loved ones. I’ll be returning to the incredibly brave city to have a benefit concert.”

She signed off her statement saying: “We will continue in honour the ones we lost. I will think of them with everything I do for the rest of my life.”

Ariana, 23, shared a link to a fundraising campaign organised by our sister paper, the Manchester Evening News, to support families of victims. It has raised more than £1.6million.

It brings the official We Love Manchester Emergency Fund to £5million. US rapper Eminem has urged fans to donate, while ex-Oasis star Liam Gallagher will play a solo fundraiser next week at the city’s O2 Ritz
