YOUR SHOUT

Fiona, great column you write, highlighting the issues with social care and dementia. But one thing does rile me – your views on Chelsea. You now say that Antonio Conte is the best ever boss. What happened to Jose, who you thought was the best thing since sliced bread? Les Dent, via email FP: What happened, Les, was Jose became stale sliced-bread when he mysteriously lost his players’ respect and they stopped playing for him. Antonio has slathered the same players with love and respect and they are playing like world beaters. He’s also brought a great deal of warmth to Stamford Bridge, as well as the Premier League title and, by the end of today, fingers crossed, the FA Cup!

Fiona, I think Jeremy Corbyn is a really decent, genuine person – the sort of person we could do with. I’m not so sure about some of his colleagues, but in my opinion his humanity is a breath of fresh air. Amy Jones, via email

Fiona, I fear for our children. Following the awful events in Manchester, I know we’re so lucky to still have them, but what a high-pressure, frightening world, in which to be a young person, Olivia, via email FP: Some of our grandparents and parents lived through the nightly bombing raids of the Second World War, Olivia, but yes, there’s something very scary about dealing with people who are willing to give their own lives in order to cause utter devastation and misery.

Fiona, I will be going to the FA Cup Final today – supporting Chelsea, of course! No loser with a bomb is going to stop me seeing them lift that famous trophy. Andy, via email
