Fears Disney cruise girl was raped and thrown overboard
THE family of a Disney cruise worker believe she was raped before being thrown overboard to her death.
Rebecca Coriam, 24, went missing from the Disney Wonder in March 2011 near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Disney claims the philosophy student, of Guilden Sutton, Cheshire, was swept into the Pacific by a freak wave.
But Rebecca’s pals revealed to PROBE PLEA Rebecca Coriam her parents, Mike and Ann, how she told them she feared being sexually assaulted on the ship. The names of two potential suspects are known to private investigators and politicians are backing the Coriams’ call for an inquiry. Family spokesman Bill Anderson said: “What her [Rebecca’s] best friends said to the Coriams sent a shiver down their spines.” Disney did not respond to our request for comment.
