Comedienne Tracey Ullman will be giving us her world view with a half-hour special in the aftermath of the poll. Tracey Breaks The News will be filmed close to transmission with impressions of Angela Merkel, Nicola Sturgeon and, for the first time, Theresa May.

Tracey, pictured as the German Chancellor, left, said: “We’ve decided to shake it up with a more topical format because things move so fast these days.

“There’s never been a better time to be imitating world famous political women.”
