Kieran: I’ll bite bullet

-

CELTIC star Kieran Tierney is determined to face off against England next week despite a broken jaw and lost teeth during Saturday’s Scottish Cup final.

Scotland boss Gordon Strachan cut his squad yesterday from 29 to 24, but did not remove Tierney.

The defender – a target for leading Premier League clubs – was caught by the swinging arm of Aberdeen striker Jayden Stockley.

But Tierney, who may need an op, is now set to declare himself fit to face the Auld Enemy on June 10.

And Strachan hopes the highly rated teenager will be patched up in time for the crunch clash.
