Beachy Headcases
DAREDEVILS put on parachutes to base-jump off Beachy Head.
The 16, from countries including France and South Africa, “flew like birds” from the 530ft chalk cliff in East Sussex.
Local filmmaker Jack Adams, 22, who videoed his pals on Sunday, said one jumper did a backflip off the edge. He added: “The sunrise was stunning. They all landed safely because they are skilled at what they do.”
It is not illegal to base-jump off the cliffs but local officials warn people to stay a safe distance from the edge.
