ILLUSIONIST Josephine Lee MAGICIAN Josephine Lee reckons she is so good she could make Simon Cowell and David Walliams’s clothes disappear. But she adds it would not be a winning move, saying: “I’m not sure Simon would appreciate it! I’m not sure I’d get to the final.” Josephine, 29, from London, hopes to be the first female magician to get through to a BGT final with an “exciting, meaningful performance” tonight.

She says: “If I get through to the final, it would mean so much to women in magic. It could change everything.”

Also in tonight’s live semi we revisit David Geaney, 22, who tapped up a storm with his Irish dancing. Jay Wynn, 36, amazed viewers by dressing as a robot and singing along to Take On Me.

Judge David called mainly male group London School of Bollywood a “celebration of difference” and they sailed through with four big yeses.
