Her Grande kind gesture

-

Not only do I live in Manchester, I was at the Arena with my family three weeks ago watching Bruno Mars, and my two nieces were there watching Take That a fortnight ago. So last week’s bombing was very close to home. It’s impossible to imagine the trauma the victims of the terror attack, and their friends and family, are going through. But the criticism levelled at Ariana Grande for not visiting the people in hospital was incredibly unfair. She is a 23-year-old girl who must be traumatised by what’s happened and just wanted to be comforted by her loved ones in the US. What do you do in times of great upset? You return to the safety of your home. She must already be feeling incredibly guilty about what happened because, I know that as a performer, you do feel responsible to your fans. The fact that she’s returning to Manchester on Sunday to perform a concert is a sign of how much she really does care.
