I’m lucky... my bloke is better looking than me

MICHELLE Greensmith is among the 20% of women who feel they are the less attractive side of their relationship – but she says she has learned to stop fretting.

She met Craig Bignall when he became head chef at the bar she worked in and they have been together 18 months.

Michelle, 33, said: “Craig is certainly hotter than me. Everyone comments on how he looks like Olly Murs. I didn’t think he would look twice at me.

“I have always been conscious of my looks as in my mid 20s I had braces fitted to my teeth and underwent extensive jaw surgery. I’ve gained confidence again and being with Craig has helped that.

“I still feel lucky to have met Craig and do notice girls looking at him but I feel more comfortable now. When I have told him I feel out of his league, he dismisses it and tells me how beautiful I am.”

Craig, 34, said: “Michelle’s beautiful inside and out. She is my world.

“I guess I’m not bad looking, but I don’t really think that’s important. I’d rather be noticed for who I am.”
