# Clique, on BBC1, is great entertainment. I was thoroughly engrossed from the start, as best friends and students Holly and Georgia (played by Aisling Franciosi, left), were drawn into a mysterious clique of girls led by university lecturer Jude. This is one of those intriguing stories in which nothing is quite as it seems and the audience is kept guessing by twists and turns. The Edinburgh setting makes a refreshing change too. Top notch TV drama from the BBC. Nancie Rutherford, Sevenoaks, Kent #

Bates Motel on the Universal Channel is terrific. British actor Freddie Highmore stands out as Norman Bates, as does Vera Farmiga as his mum. I will soon have to find a motel to stay at on my travels – wonder if it should be Twin Peaks, or maybe Fargo! Philip Brannon, South East London
