Khuram Butt, 27, was filmed at extremist events alongside Abu Haleema in a Channel 4 documentary broadcast last year.
Haleema has posted more than 100 videos. In one, he promises that radical Islam will be victorious “or our heads [will] come off our shoulders”. In another, he asks Allah to give Muslims “the death of a shaheed [martyr]”.
Haleema’s videos have stayed on YouTube despite counter-terrorism police reportedly banning him from social media two years ago.
There is no suggestion Haleema is connected to Saturday’s attack.

“They’re about spreading hatred. We cannot buy into their hatred.”
Meanwhile, Muhammad HabiburRahman, of the London Muslim Centre, said yesterday: “To those who perpetrate terrorism – you are against the core teachings of Islam.
“We stand apart from you and your corruption of the religion of Islam. Terrorism has no faith.”
