EDDIE JONES has begun the mind games with England in Argentina.

Head coach Jones (above) stunned the squad when he left a team meeting – and let his players run the show.

The Aussie said: “We have got quite a unique demographic here, so there are opportunities for people to jump from being a back bencher to being Prime Minister.

“We need to develop leadership of the players and more responsibility.”
