The former Edinburgh busker starts a UK tour following the release of his debut EP We Are Stars two months ago. The singer draws influences from David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Tracy Chapman and Annie Lennox, and his acoustic sound mixes folk and rock. His career began aged 13 when his dad bought him a guitar. Now 27 he is becoming known for the poetic depth of his lyrics – it’s enchanting stuff and not to be missed live.
