10m tune in to drama at 10pm

MORE than 10 million watched Thursday’s 10pm TV exit poll.

At its peak, the BBC’s coverage – headed by David Dimbleby – got 6.8 million. ITV had 1.9 million viewers, C4’s “alternative” night 1.1 million and Sky News got 530,000.

ITV had the biggest gain on the 2015 poll, at 1.4%.
