SCALE DOWN DRAMA

Just like Sophie EllisBextor, I am not a fan of scales, unless they’re for weighing cooking ingredients. Sophie, who has four children, has banned scales and the word “diet” from her house to create a healthy attitude to body image.

I can vouch for that. I was a podgy teenager, always on a diet, clothes always tight and never losing weight. UNTIL, I dumped my scales and stopped being obsessed with how much I weighed or ate. It works! Promise.
