Street’s Bethany in sex slave peril

SCARED Bethany in Nathan’s clutches Bethany Platt is in more danger in Corrie next week as fiance Nathan Curtis plots to sell her as a sex slave abroad.

Bethany, played by Lucy Fallon, will face a life-changing decision when Nathan pressures her to run away to Belgium with him to start a new life.

But the alarm bells ring as they drive to the port in Hull before setting sail.

Mary Taylor (Patti Clare), who has had suspicions about the relationship and tried to talk Bethany, 17, out of running away, is seemingly the only hope.

She rushes to see Bethany’s mum Sarah (Tina O’Brien) to warn her about what is happening.

The police are alerted and join the chase in the bid to stop evil Nathan, played by Chris Harper.

In the ITV soap’s grooming storyline, Nathan has pimped out Bethany to a series of older men.
