WE’LL FILL NHS GAPS

Reading about the plunge in EU nurses applying for NHS work (Mirror, June 13), surely we have young people who can do these jobs?

NHS bosses need to get out into schools to promote their service.

But it would help if youngsters were offered a decent wage that allowed them to live a reasonable life. Put people before money.
