Hammers want Cat Kone..but on cheap

WEST HAM are in pole position to land Sunderland’s Lamine Kone.

The Black Cats are demanding around £15million for the 28-year-old centre-back but the Hammers believe a deal could be struck at around £10m.

Kone (above) wants out following relegation to the Championship.

West Brom are also interested now that they have been priced out of a move for Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho.
