Pep wants a Dan deal for Walker

- BY DAVID ANDERSON

KYLE WALKER remains Manchester City’s top target at right-back despite Dani Alves’ imminent arrival.

Alves, 34, is expected to sign a two-year deal and be reunited with his old Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola after Juventus agreed to release him.

But the Brazil star’s signing will have no impact on City’s dogged pursuit of Spurs defender Walker, 27.

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will demand £45million for Walker, who is keen to move back up north and could see his salary treble at the Etihad.
