Three celebrities set sail in a new Lorraine summer special called Lorraine’s Cruise Control. X Factor winner Sam Bailey, left, comedian Helen Lederer and Gogglebox’s Sandi Bogle will board a cruise ship in the Med waving goodbye to their bad habits and aim to disembark with new skills, feeling body confident and with healthier lifestyles.
