I’m out here on a Loose Women bonding session, getting healthy on our hols – and we are simply loving every second.

We have indeed gone without meat, wheat, dairy or wine for a week and we’ve lost weight, stress and a lot of inhibition­s.

Living, eating and meditating as one has brought us even closer than years on the TV show has.

We have all joked about how brilliant it would have been to have done the show from here as we are certainly letting it all hang out.

Nothing compares to posing for a billboard in pants to rid inhibition­s

And on that note, it’s been so liberating parading around in a bikini in a way I never have before. I’m proud of the skin I’m in with all its imperfecti­ons.

And that really has been down to the body stories’ campaign we did on Loose Women. There’s nothing like standing in your pants on a billboard for getting rid of your inhibition­s!

Linda Robson, Andrea McLean and Saira Khan have all been the same too. We feel very strongly that we are women who have borne babies, lived a life and this is us happy in our own skin – cellulite and all.

It’s taken decades, but here I am and I couldn’t be happier.

Serves 8 1 red pointed pepper for garnish 2 tbsps olive oil 2 large courgettes, sliced into 4mm rounds 4 whole spring onions, chopped into 1 cm pieces 120g defrosted petits pois 6 eggs 2 tbsps parmesan cheese 2 tbsps chopped basil

Cut the pointed pepper into strips about 8cms x 1cm. Put 1 tbsp olive oil in a 22cm frying pan and fry the peppers until slightly softened. Set aside. 2 Add the other tbsp oil to the pan and fry the sliced courgettes for 6 minutes before adding the spring onions. Continue to fry until the courgettes are lightly browned around the edges and soft. 3 Stir in the peas, then season well with salt and plenty of black pepper. 4 Whisk the eggs together with the parmesan, stir in the chopped basil, pour over the courgette mixture. 5 Cook on top of the stove until the frittata begins to set. Decorate with the sliced red peppers and put under a preheated grill until fully set. Keep your eye on it as it can easily burn.
