SWEET POTATO WEDGES WITH TURMERIC

1. Cut 4 sweet potatoes into wedges. 2. Toss in a tbsp of coconut oil, a tsp of turmeric and a generous twist of salt and black pepper. 3. Roast in a hot oven for 20-30 mins until crisp on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside. 4. They’d be great served with a minty yoghurt dip.
