Rossi shows a Dutch of class again
VALENTINO ROSSI made history and returned to the top of the podium for the first time in a year by winning the Dutch TT at Assen.
The Italian, 38, beat compatriot Danilo Petrucci to second place by just 0.063 of a second.
Rossi, whose first victory came 20 years in the 125cc category, has been a winner across all classes for longer than any other rider in motorcycling.
He has 115 Grand Prix wins across all classes, second to compatriot Giacomo Agostini’s 122.
