SALE BREWING AT NESTLE

KitKat maker Nestle could be forced to flog off bits of its business as part of a shake-up.

Shares in the Swiss firm, which owns the George Clooney-plugged coffee brand Nespresso, jumped yesterday after US investor Daniel Loeb bought a £2.8billion stake in the business.

Loeb likes to demand change, leading to speculation that Nestle will face calls to boost profit margins.
