Not forgotten…

Last week I wrote what a great job the Queen has done in uniting the country during the recent terrorist atrocities and the Grenfell Tower fire.

Somehow in writing the piece a couple of lines were deleted and the mention of the Manchester Arena murders was accidentally removed.

I’m so sorry to all those who felt this overlooked what was an horrific incident. That was never, ever the intention. Those who died that night should never be forgotten.

Poldark is the latest programme to come under attack from viewers for mumbling dialogue.

Some people still haven’t got the point of this show.

Which is nothing to do with listening.
