Day they finally saw justice
THEY had waited 27 years for justice, but the families of the Hillsborough 96 were finally vindicated on April 26, 2016.
The jury at a coroner’s court in Warrington declared that the victims of that terrible disaster of 1989 were unlawfully killed.
The news was welcomed by all the campaigners who had worked tirelessly down the years in pursuit of justice and to expose an establishment cover-up.
