GOLD, 9.50pm This sitcom about ageing “it girls” Eddy and Patsy (Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumley) has never lost its charm. Twenty five years after it first aired, this is the first ever episode.

Eddy wakes up with a hangover and a guilt trip from daughter Saffy (Julia Sawalha). It’s the day of Eddy’s big fashion show, so Patsy arrives to help.

But they get waylaid by lunch and a trip to Harvey Nichols, and by the time they get to the office, the celebrity guest list has imploded.
