Bomb plotter ‘a staring weirdo’

WANNABE terrorist Haroon Syed was a “weirdo” who would “stare people down” while stalking streets near his home, his neighbours have claimed.

Syed, 19, was jailed for life on Monday for plotting a nail bomb attack at an Elton John concert,

His brother Nadir, 23, got life last year for a beheading plot.

A neighbour in Hounslow, West London, said: “He tucked his trousers in his socks and stared at everyone.”

Another heard a row at their home where a woman thought to be their mum stormed out.
