Doc’s companion has been a Pearl
Well done to BBC1 on the latest Doctor Who series. Pearl Mackie has been outstanding as the Time Lord’s new companion Bill Potts, and Matt Lucas was surprisingly good as Nardole. It was great to see John Simm back as The Master for the series finale with the Cybermen.
I look forward to the Christmas special but it will be sad to see Peter Capaldi and Michelle Gomez leave as they have been terrific as The Doctor and Missy. Sean Hood, Hayle, Cornwall
