EBAY RAISES ITS SITES

Auction websitie eBay is launching a Price Match Guarantee on more than 20,000 deals on its UK site.

The offer guarantees that new items included in eBay’s Deals Programme will have the best price available online against six major competitors – amazon.co.uk, currys.co.uk, johnlewis.com, argos.co.uk, tesco.com and asda.com.

If a shopper finds one of the six selling the same product for less, eBay will offer a coupon for the difference in price that can then be used towards the purchase.

Launching towards the end of this month, deals will be on products including electronics, fashion and home.
