Aristo cyclist drink-ride rap

AN aristocrat is to stand trial accused of driving a motorised bicycle while over the drink limit.

German Florian von Gemmingen-Hornberg, who is said to be a baron, was stopped in the streets of St Andrews, Fife.

The 20-year-old economics and philosophy student had 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, said prosecutors at the town’s sheriff court.

The case was adjourned until September.
