Lewis & Seb make peace

LEWIS HAMILTON and Sebastian Vettel avoided another collision yesterday this time off the track.

The pair came faceto-face for the first time since Ferrari ace Vettel drove into his championship rival in the Azerbaijan GP.

But ahead of this weekend’s showdown in Austria, Vettel admitted he regretted the incident in Baku.

He said: “It was the wrong move to drive alongside him and hit his tyre. Am I proud of the moment? No. Can I take it back? No. Do I regret it? Yes.”

Mercedes’ Hamilton said: “I still have the utmost respect for him as a driver.”
