The Aussie has been hit with a £11,600 fine – nearly a third of his tournament earnings and the second biggest in SW19 history – for admitting being bored in his first-round loss to Mischa Zverev.

Racket sponsors Head also poured salt into Tomic’s wounds by dumping him too.
