HUGE flames sweep toward a highway as raging wildfires cause thousands of fearful residents to flee their homes in California. After years of severe drought and amid a record-breaking heatwave, fires have also hit Colorado and western Canada. So far, there have been no reports of fatalities, though many homes have been razed.
