SHE’S SILENT WHEN WE’RE MAKING LOVE

SEX TALK

-

Dear Coleen

I’ve been seeing a gorgeous girl for a few months now. I think she could even be the girl I end up marrying, so it’s going really well.

The only thing worrying me is that she’s completely silent when we’re making love and I’m used to girls being, well, louder and showing they’re enjoying it.

It’s starting to make me feel a bit self-conscious, too. I’ve never been in this situation before.

Is it silly to worry about it? I don’t know how I can bring up the subject with her, as I don’t want to offend or embarrass her.

Coleen says

You haven’t been seeing each other that long and I don’t think it’ll be as difficult to bring it up in another few months.

Don’t let it put you off your stride – I’m sure you’re not doing anything wrong at all. Not everyone does an impression of Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally during sex!

Why not try engaging with her a bit more when you’re making love. Ask her if it’s good and what she likes, and tell her how gorgeous she is. Perhaps she’s had fewer partners than you and just needs some encouragement to build her confidence when you’re having sex.
