Mother-of -three Miosotis Familia, 48, was killed at point-blank range as she sat in the passenger seat of a police car in the Bronx last week. Police Commissioner James O’Neill told the 4,000 mourners: “This amazing woman ... was assassinated solely because of what she represented.”
