C5, 9pm Another trip, another outfit. This time TV couple Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford are dressed in furry hats and great big coats. They’re in Russia, a country we know is very big and very cold.
“It has 11 separate time zones!” shrieks Ruth, excited to have learned a few facts. We love their enthusiasm, and the fact they walk around holding hands – although we could probably do without hearing Eamonn’s attempt at a Russian accent.
The pair are in Moscow as they start this fun investigation into the extravagant lives of the super rich.
The city is home to over 100,000 millionaires and 60 billionaires, and Eamonn and Ruth have rare access to this notoriously secretive clan.
Highlights include Ruth teaching the confused 18-year-old son of a millionaire how to make his own bed, while Eamonn blags an invite to the £2million party of a Russian pop star.
