The baby at the bus stop

POLICE yesterday issued this photo of the newborn girl found abandoned at a bus stop, urging her mum to come forward.

The infant was discovered naked with the umbilical cord still attached by dad-of-two Daniel Braxton, 35, who revived her by performing CPR in Towyn, North Wales, on Tuesday last week.

Helen Douglas, for North Wales Police, said: “We are concerned about the health of the mother and are appealing for her to come forward. Your daughter is making progress. [She] needs to be named.”
