Tiger has ’em roaring

FORMER R&A supremo Peter Dawson got a merited award at the Association of Golf Writers’ annual dinner.

After Dawson (right) received the Michael Williams Trophy for outstanding services to golf, he revealed Tiger Woods had given him an unusual gift – a picture of himself unmoved as the crowd erupted when Woods famously chipped in at Augusta en route to his fourth title there. Tiger signed the pic, saying: “Get some excitement in your life.”
