C4, 10pm This show was spawned from the Paralympic coverage in 2012 and has gone on to have a life of its own.
And with the World Para Athletics Championships taking place in London right now, The Last Leg team are back in their natural habitat – commentating on the highs and lows of the major sporting event.
Adam Hills hosts, alongside sidekicks Alex Brooker and Josh Widdecombe, as they bring us up to date on the competition, as well as examining the most entertaining news stories of the week.
With the focus firmly on sport, a host of Paralympic heroes from the games will join them in the studio – including swimmer Ellie Simmonds, sprinters Jonnie Peacock and Liam Malone, and wheelchair racer Hannah Cockroft.
Edgy, funny, bold and not afraid to discuss and even mock disability, this is a show that’s well worth tuning in for tonight.
